We follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Once your order is placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

🔁 Size Exchange Policy (If Eligible)

We understand size issues can happen — so we do allow size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Window:

You must request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Products showing any wear, damage, stains, or perfume smell will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Innerwear, accessories, or custom-made items.

Sale or discounted items (unless size exchange is mentioned as available).

Exchange Charges:

A ₹49 reverse shipping fee applies to all size exchange requests.

If pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you’ll need to self-ship the product.

Stock Availability:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a Gift Card of the same value for future use.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we process orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch.
